Who loves to eat a pork chop? Especially pork chops cooked with Chinese Herbal Soup. It may sounds weird and not appetizing, but I do hope you would change your mind after eating here, not only it's tasty but it's also good for your body. Every time I eat Chinese Herbal Soup, I always remember how my brother likes it. One day I will bring my brother here when he comes to Taichung (:

It's like usual and like the other Chinese restaurant from the front, but wait until you try their food, you'll think differently. This place not only sell pork chop, but also Chicken Chinese Herbal Soup, noodles, tofu with preserved egg, vegetables, and many more.
Menu
Although it tastes a bit bitter from the herbal, the soup is flavorful and savory, which makes this chicken leg more delicious. The aroma of this soup will surely arouse anyone's appetite.
They add some peanut in the soup, but there is no real difference in the taste of the soup compared to the Chicken Chinese Herbal Soup; both of them still uses the same broth. The pork itself is quite big, and the meat is really soft and chewy at the same time.
