不二拉麵聯盟

      Are you familiar with ribs? Long curved bone of the rib cage and it's usually made from beef or pork or lamb. I don't know about you, but it's quite popular in my country, and I really love it! 
     Last week I just knew that there is a place that sell ribs in Taiwan, and it's combined with ramen. So ramen+ribs.. What do you think? Delicious or not, let's find out!
      This place is called 不二拉麵 (No Two Ramen?), located at Feng Yuan District and is quite far from my place, it's about 40 minutes by motorcycle from Chung Hsing University. Really tired but worth every second of it!
      When I arrived, there's already many people waiting in line, kind of shocked because we were there half an hour early. While we were waiting, the waiter gave us a queue number. After a while, we can look at the menu first. The food's photos are taken with a polaroid. Quite unique, huh?
     What's unusual is, they didn't write the price down. What I can tell you is, the price range is from NTD240 to NTD530. (Ramen+Ribs) 
       Actually, there are other menu choices in front of their tent, besides the car. These menu choices are ranging from NTD100-NTD150 and there's no ribs in there, just the noodle, meat, and some vegetables; The only difference is the flavor of the soup. For the noodle+rib ramen, you can change the soup flavor too for an extra charge, NTD10 if I'm not mistaken.
厚切拉麵 NTD150
It's made of some corns, slices of cloud ear fungus, boiled egg, seaweed, barbecued pork, and so on. The barbecued pork is about 3 cm thick, not too big but really delicious. You should order this if you want something easier to eat, because the pork is boneless.
鬼爪拉麵 NTD240
Let's move on to this one, 鬼爪拉麵 translates to Devil's Claw Ramen, why? I guess it's because the ribs formation looks somewhat similar to a claw, and it's a favorite menu actually. Maybe you'll be confused, how do I eat this thing? The ribs are so big, it's blocking my way through the ramen, it looks like there's not enough space to get inside and take the noodles! No worries! They will give you a small plate for you to put the ribs aside.
鬼爪拉麵+麻辣燙 NTD250
It's the same as the previous one, what makes it different is the soup, this one is spicy, you can see the soup is red and really spicy. Recommended for those of you who loves spicy food.
戰車拉麵 NTD240
It's pretty similar to 鬼爪拉麵, but I think the only difference is the body part of where the meat comes from. This ramen literally translates to "Tank Ramen", I guess it comes from how big it looks like, and how tough it is to eat it.
肋排拉麵 NTD350
Size really does matter. I think this one is really big, so big that I can't even see the ramen. Wow! So mouth-watering, don't you think? It's not only big, but also very tasty, the meat are soft and there is less fat compared to 鬼爪拉麵. 
       You don't need to worry about getting your hands dirty after eating these ribs, because they will give you a pair of disposable plastic gloves. Even if you get your hands dirty, you can still wash it in the sink, no soap though.
      For the ramen itself, the flavor is pretty much the same, unless you order the other soup flavors. It's getting cold now, so I think now is the perfect weather to eat these kind of foods.
     For the opening hours, I'm not really sure about their daily schedule, but when I ate there, the business hour is split into 2 sections, 06.00PM~10.00PM and 10.00PM~02.00AM, you may think it's kind of strange, why don't you just write 06.00 PM~02.00 AM? It's because they will split the stock between the 2 section, for example, you arrived at 09.00 PM and the 鬼爪拉麵 is already sold out, you can actually wait until 10.00 PM, and they will still serve 鬼爪拉麵 for you, so don't worry!
